Hassan & Reardon, P.C. was established in 1987 by William E. Hassan, Jr. and Frank E. Reardon.

Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Reardon received a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from the Harvard School of Public Health, where he first met Mr. Hassan. Mr. Hassan and Mr. Reardon then served together in the Office of the General Counsel at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston.
Since 1987, the firm has represented numerous health care professionals and institutions throughout New England. Hassan & Reardon has represented both the personal and professional interests of health care professionals.
