I greatly appreciate your kind note. It meant a great deal to me. I would have been very upset if the DFCI were harmed by this case.
This is probably quite common, but I was completely drained after those days of testimony. In the days that followed, I kept telling my wife ‘I am still recuperating’. (It almost got me out of housework for awhile.)
I do want to express my appreciation not only for the skill that you showed in defending the case, but also in the way that you helped prepare me factually and psychologically for my testimony.
